Services

Our commitment is to individualized assistance to our clients.  Our retained search program exemplifies our ability to meet our client's unique needs in a timely fashion, providing the client with the most qualified individuals interested in exploring career opportunities.

Every job opening, however, does not lend itself to a retained search, either due to the nature of the position, or more effective than a retained search.  If this is the case, we will match our candidate data base against your job opening on a contingency basis.  Our extensive candidate data base is the result of hundreds of other retained searches and our ability to effectively match your opening is further enhanced by prior searches in your technology or functional area.

Phase I – Position Evaluation....Working closely with your staff to clarify job requirements…

            Phase II – Pre-Screening....Refining the potential candidates…

Phase III – Candidate Selection and Presentation....Candidate profile submittal  and
            coordination of interviews…

Phase IV – Offers and Acceptance....Compensation, relocation, transition…

           Special   Capabilities....Industry knowledge, research, continuity…

 Phase I – Position Evaluation

During our search assignment we work closely with your staff members to identify needs and to clarify job requirements.  Using the completed job position profile developed in conjunction with your organization, we will begin to identify candidates.  Our identification process includes research of the marketplace including potential candidates from competitive organizations, accessing our extensive computerized database of chemical industry professionals and possible candidates known to your organization but unapproachable.

 Phase II – Pre-Screening

Once potential candidates are identified, they will be evaluated against the candidate profile, which includes the following process:
Telephone interviews with each candidate; in person interviews when required by your organization

Development of a complete written profile or resume on each candidate, which includes:
professional and technical qualifications, personal background (i.e. education, personality traits, job related interests.); compensation packages and objectives; assessment of the individual's overall suitability.

Phase III – Candidate Selection and Presentation

Candidates who clearly meet all client criteria and are highly interested in the opportunity will be presented to your company.  Acquis Associates, Inc. will:

a.      Submit written profiles on each candidate to be interviewed.

b.      Coordinate timely interviews with appropriate client representatives.

c.      Provide facilities for interviewing, if necessary, and

d.      Provide referencing upon client's request.

Phase IV – Offer and Acceptance

In our contacts with candidates we strive to accurately convey the image and philosophy of our client company.
