CONTINGENCY SEARCH AGREEMENT BETWEEN XYZ CORPORATION AND ACQUIS ASSOCIATES, INC.

Acquis Associates, Inc. earns a fee when a position is filled with a candidate referred by Acquis Associates, Inc.  There is no charge if we are not successful.  Fees are computed at 25% of the first year's total compensation including any hiring bonus that may be offered.
 
            TERMS:

                        Payable by XYZ Corporation upon hired candidate's starting date.

             GUARANTEE:

If, within six (6) months, it becomes necessary to terminate the selected candidate, Acquis Associates, Inc. will conduct a search for a replacement without additional consulting fees or expenses.
